• Quoting them my chiropractic GCC liscence no. 04747

• Quoting them my British Chiropractic association no. 6137 

• Informing them of the type and price of the treatment(s) you are considering

Please note:

some companies procedure may differ, but if possible I ask that patients preferably pay me after treatment, and then with a receipt given by me, claim the cost back themselves through their insurance companies
